Overall I was very unhappy with the way it was progressing with Travelopod , the agent who initially handled my wife's booking was totally clumsy and it was going to be disastrous before a divine intervention by Annie who was quick to understand the problem and helped her heart out to make my wife comfortable and happy with her travel arrangements.
