A special shout out to "Damon" for suggesting me to postpone 2 tickets, which were actually gonna be a No-Show (plan dropped last minute). This helped me reuse that money after almost 6 months (u never know when plan changes). David Miller, Damon Watson, Kane, Stella, Kim ... these are the representatives who have assisted me so far and they all are superb. Clear, concise communication, deep knowledge of Air travel and VISa restrictions, patience in seat selection, etc. A special shout-out to Damon who helped me get a voucher for an unused non cancellable ticket (which otherwise wud have gone waste).
