This travel agency is fraud company. Liar. When airlines are ready to cancel tickets, these bastards are pocketing money in this sensitive time. They don't take any responsibilities and definitely taking advantage of Coronavirus situation. I came to know so late about their unethical practice when experienced personally, so many hardworking and innocent people lost their money!! Be aware from this bastards!!
