I travel to Australia often as I have 2 children, who live in Melbourne and a brother in Adelaide.
I booked with Travel Trolley both online and over the phone over the past few years and have had no problems. I was hoping to travel with Cathay Pacific on 2nd November this year, returning 11th December ( booked through Travel Trolley in December 2019) Because of Covid the flights have been cancelled and I emailed Travel Trolley explaining I wanted a refund. They replied within 24 hours that I would be due a full refund as soon as Cathay Pacific had refunded the monies to them. I received a telephone call from them on October 23rd explaining the refund had been received and it would be transferred to my credit card - this was done within 3 days. I am not usually someone who reviews, but having read so many negative reviews I feel compelled to describe my experiences and dispel theories that good reviews are created - I am a genuine regular traveller, who can provide booking references with Travel Trolley and airline references with Cathay Pacific to verify and support my positive review
