Our Flight to NYC was cancelled/changed beginning of December. I phoned and only had to wait 5 minutes on the phone to be answered. I was sent and email that I had to confirm I wanted a full refund. I then waited 2 weeks gave them a ring only waited 5/6 aain to be answered. They said it had been processed and should be with me in 7/10 working days. They were true to their word. I received my refund. Very happy with the customer service
