Booked a flight to Chile which was cancelled by the airline. Was lied to that I could only accept a voucher as refund.
A few months later, booked a flight somewhere else using voucher which was again cancelled by the airline. However the agent didn't contact me to tell me this. I only found out when I logged into my British Airways account to check my flight times.
Still waiting on my refund almost 2 months later
Very poor customer service and I will never use again.
