Absolutely disappointed to say the least.
I have been in touch with citizens advise and consumer rights regards your conduct which I feel has been appalling.
I have been lied to by members of staff posing to be management and have no intension of helping. It’s all okay when they’re taking your money but as soon as there is a promenade they palm you off. Absolute joke and to confirm I will be going to trading standards.
Anyone reading this just be very careful when booking through this armature set up.
