We purchased tickets from Justin in travel trolley, paid extra for permitted free change of travel dates, inbound and outbound. When we actually tried to change the dates we realised that our tkts did not have that options. We wrote to travel trolley, they didn't bother to respond, ignored our emails. Spoke to rodriguez and farhad, who was rude and non cooperative on the phone. They were not interested or cared to give the service once they got the money. Worst is, Airline Vistara also confirmed that our ticket had no option of one free change of travel dates. It leaves us with a very bad experience.
