I booked 3 tickets on Etihad Airways to Thiruvananthapuram for April, when the prices went down. I had a call from Travel trolley next day saying the flight is not bookable and they can give tickets on Air India. Due to my bad experience from Air India in the past, I asked for a refund and booked tickets on the same flight from booking.com. Never expect this from Travel Trolley. Never going to use them again.
