I would suggest that anyone booking flights, holidays or having any dealings with Travel Trolley to look for alternative agents. Many companies make mistakes, but as a consumer I expect a degree of honesty particular where there is money owed. To-date, I have seen neither an efficient process or honesty by the employees. I echo the sentiments of other reviewers who experienced the same frustrations
