Have had to cancel my flight due to illness. The cancelation fee is so stupid I have been charged more than half the price of the ticket in the first place. I contacted the airline i was supposed to fly with and they told me they charge £120 I have been charged £325 and it takes up to 9 weeks to get the refund. From now on I will be booking through the airline it's self. Don't know how they can get away with this. It's daylight robbery.
