They have cancelled my flight via Hong Kong and could not offer any substitute. Refund of money will take 4-6 weeks ( JOKE indeed!!!!!!!), 2 alternatives they offer - required to pay 180£ and 390£ extra and it's more expensive than ticket from airlines directly. Rubbish !!!!
