As per my experience it was easy and simple without much ads. Of course no hidden charges , you pay what you see that's it your done. Got my tickets within minutes and that too for a cheaper price compared to other sites. But go for it only if your travel is fixed , exchange or postponement comes with higher cost. I haven't travelled yet. I will share the experience if I get any issues during travel.
