DO NOT USE travel trolley. They are the worst I have ever used. I booked a ticket with them a few weeks ago, called today just to double check a few things for them to tell me, by the way your flight time has changed and been bought forward by 2 hours. i was confused as no one even called me to tell me .. which means i would have turned up to the airport and missed my flight. i then checked my luggage to be told that i couldnt take any on apart from hand luggage. again i was shocked as this is always included and i did not have an option to add on luggage. which i stressed to them. Travel trolley did not want to know and said it was my problem. i assured them i did not see it and if i did i would have clicked the option / or just booked directly through the airline as it would have worked out cheaper. it doesnt make sense. they also told me they cannot help and i cannot get a refun. they also cannot add the bad even though i was willing to pay. i believe travel trolley are there to trick and conn you into paying more money. never will i use again, be careful.
