Avoid them at all cost. We bought a ticket to Singapore 4 months ago. BA cancelled the flight providing reschedule flight but it's not convenient to us. We asked for full refund, travel trolley said refund is not an option. We checked with BA who confirmed we can get full refund but we need to get refund from agent. We are battling with travel trolley at the moment. Nightmare and stressful.
We will not buy from travel trolley again.
