I tried to find out any sort of information regarding my flight to Vietnam and the VISA waiver ban, but unfortunately they couldn't help.
It is unacceptable as a travel company you used to book your flights with to not be aware of the latest decisions made by the destination country.
Absolutely lack of respect from the customer service contact person and major disappointment from the company itself.
