do not use this company.
called to ask about changing my flights, perfectly acceptable question amidst a pandemic, was met by a blunt phone operative that simply said not refundable. that was not obvious when booking, but i will checking. Only when i pushed further he did he say i could move the flights a couple of months.
He had zero compassion for the huge amount he was telling me that I had no lost. awful experience, will never use again.
