My airline cancelled my flight (due to Coronavirus) though it is every where on the news and i have recieved emails from airline provider that my flight is cancelled, Travel trolley is unable to issue a refund as they have not heard from the airline. They keep asking me to contact the following day. No one is making the effort to chase the airline or ask airline to give permission. I spoke to different people and the worse customers service was recieved by Karan who was really rude and was not helping. He kept asking me to disconnect my call and call back again.
