Absolutely appalled. Customers have NO control over what is happening, yet you won’t even offer a refund or vouchers. You do realise the only reason you exist as a company is because of customers. Well done for treating so poorly they never want to use you again.
The stand off and defensive attitude of the staff is something to note as well.
