Hi,
My flight to Asia was cancelled, due to Cornavirus i guess, which is fine.
No one told me my flight was cancelled, i had to find out myself from the airline company website. If i didn't, i would have never knew i guess!
But when i called Travel Trolley, they said i can't be refunded and i could only have a reschedule which i don't want with extra fees. Who wants to have a reschedule during coronavirus? Total joke. I don't know what to do regarding their policy. I will try to contact an advocate. Please lets all join in TravelTrolley.uk Twitter page like that we can all exchange together about that.
