Horrendous. I had my flight booked from Dubai to London. It was cancelled as emirates stopped all flights...
I have been trying since 25 March to get a full refund. The customer service staff are rude and very unhelpful.
I sent a complaint email and get told to call the customer service staff... I am very unhappy and I just want my money back in this time of crisis. Arghhhhhhh frustrating
