I am dealing with 3 companies after the cancellation of my holiday due to covid 19.
Travel Trolley have been the worst by far .Terrible service. £75 charges for each flight refunded. No mention of this in the terms, no complaints policy. Currently complaining through ABTA, and have alerted Which and Martin Lewis. Skyscanner have condemned these charges in an article in the Telegraph.
Dont use this company .
