Refused full refund saying only option is credit voucher, even though I've emailed and spoken several times to, my flight was with B.A. to which they said they were offering refund and to contact travel agent BUT Travel Trolley refused!! So unprofessional!
Extreme rude adviser with a really bad attitude.
DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY....DISGRACEFUL!!
