Shameful - How not to behave in times of crises
Booked Emirates flights with them for June. Flights have now been cancelled. Emirates are stating that if you book through a third party (travel agent) you are due either a credit voucher or a refund. I've got this in writing from the airline. Travel Trolley are however only offering a credit voucher. Spoke to a Stuart Cross today from Southall. SHAME ON YOU
