Will NEVER used again! Terrible, stressful ongoing experience. Travel Trolley did not inform me my flight with BA was cancelled. Initially offered me the option a credit note only. Escalated complaint and was told if I want a refund, it will be classed as me cancelling and they will deduct £75 pp admin fee. This is not following the law! Now don’t reply to emails.
Have joined Facebook Group for support of 300 plus others experiencing the same.
Have escalated further with bank, Skyscanner, MP, watchdog etc.
