Disgraceful
Cancelled our flights and trying to charge us £75 to cancel because we can’t take a voucher to travel later.
Customer service agents are appalling. Asked for a manager and wouldn’t pass us through to one. The guy we spoke to finally admitted we weee due our money back and what they were doing was wrong but they weren’t giving refunds and no manager to talk to as working from home. NEVER EVER will i use these utter morons again!
