Absolutely rubbish service, untrained staff who does not know the actual meaning of consent. I tried to call not less than 30 times but not getting any clear answer for refund and the person keep on asking to call from the number which was given during booking and don't even bother to listen to the customer or trying to check whose details are there in the booking.
Totally rubbish behaviour.
