After everything I'd read about Travel Trolley refunds, I was resigned to waiting a long time and possibly having to put up a fight. I left it until the beginning of September to request a refund for our mid-September flight to Bali. I was dealt with politely and promptly, but warned that I shouldn't expect it until the end of September at the latest. On 11 September I received a call saying the refund was on its way and I could expect it in the next 7-14 days. On 15 September (the day we should have travelled!) it's been refunded to our credit card. Thank you Travel Trolley.
