I booked a flight with travel up and was disappointed to find that luggage was not included for the return flight. I tried to add luggage, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone when I called. I finally spoke to someone on the phone, but they didn't call me back as promised. I tried calling again the next day, but no one answered.
