Avoid TravelUp at all costs. My flights were cancelled by Turkish Airlines, which should have been refunded in full. Instead, TravelUp tried to charge unlawful “admin fees” and even asked for extra money to reissue a ticket. I was left with no ticket and no refund. Their policies are unfair, and their customer service is appalling. Book directly with the airline — do not trust this company.
