TravelUp showed a “confirmed” status e-ticket after I paid via their system but at the Airport I was told no ticket existed. Airline show me ticket has been void on the next day I paid to travel up. Within booking confirmed till the day in airport, I have receive no notice or refund from Travel Up about the failure of my ticket issue. I was forced to pay few hundred pound more to fly at the airport or take a refund now (useless when I was already at the airpor). I email them many times but my complaints were ignored. Dishonest company – do not use TravelUp.
