DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELUP.
I booked a flight through them because they were slightly cheaper but when I need to make changes it took close to 2 weeks to adjust my dates.
Customer service is so slow to respond to emails (2 to 3 days) and every time they got back to me the adjustment prices changed (due to it now being 3 days later per email).
In the end I paid over £400 to change dates on a flight that originally cost £700.
I’ve never had such slow, awful and rude customer service. (The customer service representative blamed me for this whole debacle).
