My experience with TravelUp has been extremely disappointing. The booking process was smooth, but everything fell apart once I needed after-sales support. Trying to get help with a flight change and refund was an absolute nightmare. Emails were ignored for days, and every time I called, I was either left on hold or transferred to multiple agents who couldn’t solve the issue.
What frustrates me most is the complete lack of responsibility. Each representative passes the blame to another department, and no one seems genuinely interested in resolving customer problems. It’s clear that once TravelUp has your payment, customer care becomes their lowest priority.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are plenty of travel agencies that provide real customer service and stand by their promises — unfortunately, TravelUp isn’t one of them.
