Had to postpone our holiday plans to following year due to lockdown restrictions, was very simple process to request credit voucher. Obviously this took time to process due to volume of cancellations at same time but always had emails / contact responded to & they were able to give me credit voucher for full amount from the airline. Would recommend and use again.
