1 traveller out of 5 had emergency surgery and was not allowed to fly as long haul, we wanted to change the name and send someone else, and were not allowed, even with a medical letter, we could only change the date, for an extra 499 pounds!!! will not be using again, but go direct with the airline.

I needed to change a return flight date to a later one and was able to do this successfully, I was always treated very politely and respectfully and this was very helpful in a quite stressful situation. Many thanks.

Was dubious after reading a lot of bad reviews but in my honest experience travel up have been great, flight price was a bargain & great customer support would definitely use again

I Booked 5 travel tickets and by mistake booked the wrong return dates online but Brian Adams helped in sorting out very efficiently.

Made online booking yesterday, and called today to confirm e-tickets and seat reservation. Brian discovered that my wife, 11 year old child and myself have been given seats that are not together. Brian quickly resolved this and ensured that we as afamily are together. I'm very happy with how Brian quickly identified and resolved this issue.

This platform appeared trustworthy, but after I made my investment, I was unable to access my funds, and all communication with their support team was cut off. I feel cheated by this which charged me more than half of the originally advertised for asking to change my ticket within 24hrs of the booking which was confirmed in error thinking the dates were the one I have entered in my search... I do no recommend you to any and it will definitely be my last

I am so angry at the complete incompetence of this company! I called to speak to Taha Sadiqi in order to help me book a flight to Stockholm. I asked him to book a flight with ‘cabin bags’ he told me that cabin bags were included in this ticket. Acting on good will in what he told me I asked him to book the flight (even though I had found much cheaper flights myself but thought that I would go with sadiqis offer as it was promised that it included cabin bags) when I went onto the airline website it said that only ‘underseat bags’ were included. At that moment I realised that I was missold, so I called sadiqi again and straight away he said ‘your tickets do include cabin bags’ he checked and seemed confused and tried to convince me that a cabin bag and an under seat bag are one and the same!! Obviously that is ridiculous and he clearly needs more training if he truly believes that as someone who books flights for a living!! He then gave me the name of his manager George Beiley and asked me to call him. The next day I called George the next day to hear much of the same and frankly just waste my time. George tried to argue that it was my fault for not clarifying to sidiqi that I wanted an under seat bag and a cabin bag! (I don't know how a travel agent doesn't know that an under seat bag is a given and you usually ask for a cabin bag to imply both beats me) anyway we were going round in circles them gaslighting me to make it seem my fault they had made this mistake. I later asked a Mathew after he told me I would only get £11 per person back if I wanted to cancel my flight which is actually laughable! I asked if I could purchase luggage and he said no. So I am now left with a flight to Sweden that leaves in a week, none of the luggage I was promised, and I can't even purchase the luggage! How is this fair??

I refuse to be a victim of a cryptocurrency scam. I invested $375,000 in an online crypto platform, only to be denied my withdrawal when I needed the money urgently. We are so delighted with the help we got from the customer advisor Roman Vincent. He made us informed all the time with the flight changes and found for us an alternative thats not so bad at all , and chased the airline to update this changes . Well done for the excellent work , you are an asset to the company Travel Up, which is an excellent travel agent as well with after sales service beyond compare. Thank you again , will use this company again for our future travels .
