However overall it took me 5 hours with multiple calls to book this credit voucher with all agents transferring or telling me they would ring back until i spoke to Taha (5*) as there was no option to use credit voucher. I was using the app to purchase my tickets however the voucher cannot be used on the app and only on the website.”

“The overall experience with TravelUp has been average primarily because of how difficult it has been to make contact initially and also the slow response. Calls are charges at premium rate and waits were between 20 and 30 mins.
Eventually I was passed onto Kyle Roberts who was very helpful in resolving the multiple issues and facilitating a refund although not the full amount.”
