The overall experience with TravelUp has been average primarily because of how difficult it has been to make contact initially and also the slow response. Calls are charges at premium rate and waits were between 20 and 30 mins.
Eventually I was passed onto Kyle Roberts who was very helpful in resolving the multiple issues and facilitating a refund although not the full amount.
