MUHAMMAD.IBRAHIM, was very helpful when I was looking to rebook a flight that cancelled on me by British airways. However, this was my 2nd attempt to contact travel up as the first was unacceptable, the whole process was long and I've had to spend a lot of my work time sat on hold which is obviously not great.
