After 2 phone calls with no replacement fight, I spoke to Nash Davies who knew exactly what to do. Got a replacement within a couple of days. Thanks Nash

I was left anxious for 72 hours when I discovered that the hotel knew nothing about my reservation for 2 rooms when I booked via TravelUp. However, Faraz was true to his word and after those 72 anxious hours had slowly passed, the confirmation with the Hotel Booking Reference came through by email. All seems to be well now. Well done Faraz.

After waiting half an hour to speak to someone, I was passed onto Kyle. I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of response and poor customer service since I started the process of using the travel voucher to rebook a return flight to Doha. Kyle offered advice and next steps which was appreciated however the issues is yet to be resolved.

Kyle is very good dealing in dealing with customer service. It took him ages to tell us but managed to sort everything eventually. He was very helpful indeed.

Sana is a godsend. She was the ONLY person who was able to resolve my issue with my cancelled booking due to a mistake made by a Travelup agent. Sana effortlessly and efficiently familiarised herself with the situation and implemented an action plan to refund fully my failed booking. Sana is a complete gem in Travelup and should be recognised corporately on how to deal with matters. Her customer service experience is a perfect model on how to deal with customers who have had to deal with issues based on mistakes from sales agents. Thank you Sana!

Peter B was polite and clearly spoken. I’ve had to call a few times and some of the service has been difficult to understand. Peter has dealt with me on the telephone professionally. More people like Peter required on the telephones. The flights we had booked sadly had to be cancelled and whilst that meant losing money (thankfully we have travel insurance) it has been relatively easy to deal with Travelup. Just make sure you allocate enough time to do so, as getting through can take a while.

Junaid tried his best, but it is frustrating that online prices are for tickets without flexibility (which is crazy during this pandemic) and when Junaid searched for a flexible ticket, the flight option we wanted was not available at all. He tried to find alternatives, but nothing suitable came up

The company has good prices which is why I booked last year to travel to Spain. But due to COVID I couldn't make it and I was offered the vouchers. This year I decided to use my vouchers and travel to same destination. I tried to book online but the system does not give me the option to use voucher when it is time to pay, so I had to call customer service (which is a premium number, therefore you pay for every minute). Online the price was 654.60 pounds but in the phone it is 770 pounds, after questioning this to the gentleman, he told that nothing can be done and that is the price he has, then after insisting I was given a 20 pounds discount (better than nothing) and we proceed with the booking. I don't know if I would use this company again... The positive is that the gentleman (named Samson) did call me back when I run out of credit, which I am glad because after that we stayed another 30 min in the line to make the booking. Finally I have my flights sorted, but at higher price than the website...

Eventually got what I wanted. Would be good if Sana actually listened to what I was asking instead of rushing to offer me different times. All good in the end
