Peter B was polite and clearly spoken. I’ve had to call a few times and some of the service has been difficult to understand. Peter has dealt with me on the telephone professionally. More people like Peter required on the telephones.
The flights we had booked sadly had to be cancelled and whilst that meant losing money (thankfully we have travel insurance) it has been relatively easy to deal with Travelup. Just make sure you allocate enough time to do so, as getting through can take a while.
