The company has good prices which is why I booked last year to travel to Spain. But due to COVID I couldn't make it and I was offered the vouchers. This year I decided to use my vouchers and travel to same destination. I tried to book online but the system does not give me the option to use voucher when it is time to pay, so I had to call customer service (which is a premium number, therefore you pay for every minute). Online the price was 654.60 pounds but in the phone it is 770 pounds, after questioning this to the gentleman, he told that nothing can be done and that is the price he has, then after insisting I was given a 20 pounds discount (better than nothing) and we proceed with the booking. I don't know if I would use this company again... The positive is that the gentleman (named Samson) did call me back when I run out of credit, which I am glad because after that we stayed another 30 min in the line to make the booking. Finally I have my flights sorted, but at higher price than the website...
