The customer service from the call centre is appaulling. I was talked over, shouted at, accused of lying and left on hold (at premium rates) for 20 minutes. Eventually I hung-up and called the airline directly, who were v helpful and sorted out my problem immediately. They may look like their prices are competitive but If you value your time and sanity avoid using Travel Up!
