After my flight that I booked with TravelUp was cancelled, TravelUp never informed me of the cancellation. I made several calls and sent several emails chasing this and to get myself refund/rebooked but there has been absolutely no response from them and it's been 3 months now!
I would STRONGLY advise you to stay away from them
