Horrible service please do not to book from this company.
The service is zero. Although its written on the website that to cancel it is free of charge they deduct a service fee.
If you dont accept this and wish to mainting the booking they dont care and just cancel.
This is not the way how you should treat people. Especialy not in this branche.
A holiday booking needs to be free of stress.
This company creates stress.
Hope they will shut down service soon. Guess they wont because they steal our money out of our pockets. (Personal experiance)
