I'm really surprised by the low review ratings?! I have used Travel Up for all long distance flights I have taken since 2010 and have always been really happy. Yesterday I spoke to Kyle Roberts who, as with all the staff I've spoken to, was helpful and friendly and accommodated all my requests to get me a great deal on a flight to Mexico at times that work for me. Really pleased and will continue to use them.
