Mr Abdur Rehman was very polite and given me excellent customer service. We booked our flights to Zambia and Zimbabwe and he was very informative regarding everything which have us that extra satisfaction. No Change fees and only fare difference to pay in case of change. Full refund in event if cancellation due to Covid.
