Spoke to someone, they took no details of my issue and said they will look into it, had me on hold for 40 minutes. I gave up, phoned back and spoke to someone else. They took the details and put me on hold for about another 15 minutes before Junaid answered and had to explain everything to him again. It took Junaid about 30 minutes to explain something quite simple and then he spent nearly 20 minutes getting me to leave a review for him, mentioning his name, on here.
Awful.
Don’t make people leave reviews whilst on the phone to you- especially when the service was abysmal!
