Travelup initially did not make me happy, because when I tried to book online, it was unsuccessful on both occasions. Then I spoke to a friendly staff member Sana, who helped me with the booking. She was on the line guiding me through the process and the booking was successful, although it did take a while (due to slow system - no fault of hers) - I greatly appreciate the service
