I decided to give travel up a call because I’m paranoid booking my flights online Yasir Ali was my assistant going through it all was very patient and everything went smoothly best thing was he also managed to reduce my ticket price by 500£ and also managed to squeeze in a 7kg hand carry on so very very helpful definitely great service that’s why I’m giving 5 stars
