I am completely satisfied that I bought tickets for a trip to Munich from TravelUp. Apart from their price, that was lower as compared with other offers, the efficiency of the customer service impressed me very much. I would like to mention in particular the Admin. Manager Mr. Colin Richard for his kindness and promtness in answering my queries and his competence in solving them. I think that such a friendly and available behaviour is very important for a customer.
